Maria Vadia returned to Vancouver for a Pre-Pentecost Healing Rally and Pentecost Celebration. Several hundred people attended the healing services held at St. Mary’s church in Vancouver. On Friday evening, May 21st, praise and worship was led by Mark Norbury and his music ministry. Maria Vadia and 20 people in prayer teams prayed for deliverance, physical, emotional and spiritual.

The annual Charismatic Pentecost celebration was held at St. Matthew’s parish in Surrey on Saturday, May 22nd. The large gathering joined in saying the ninth day prayers in the Novena to the Holy Spirit. Praise and worship was lead by Jewel Jasmins and her combo. The worship led into Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and procession around the church, Benediction culminating with the celebration of the Eucharist with Father Augustine Obiwumma presiding and delivering an inspiring homily.

Saturday afternoon Maria gave inspiring talks and ministry teaching on the gifts of the Spirit and encouraging the use of them in our Christian life. (Click for the Scripture references and summary outline. Thanks to Melissa Lim) Maria had the jubilant crowd dancing and praising the Lord.

The dancing and praising the Lord continued in the evening at St. Mary’s church in Vancouver. Peter Kingsland and his group let the praise and worship and Maria led the group in shaking off their inhibitions as they sang and praised God. Many people received blessing and healings at the laying on of hands by Maria and they prayer teams. (Click for some testimonies of favours received.)
